We're here to build a great community of coaches and athletes and that comes down to using the platform for communications and bookings. Do not share alternative contact details with athletes. If an athlete wants to chat before a session just advise them to add all their session requirements into the booking request and you can utilise this to prepare for the session. Your profile should be enough for them to be confident to book with you and they have a field for session goals and athlete context so that you know how to prepare to train with them. If they insist on a detailed conversation before the session then you can recommend they book an online mentoring session with you, this values your time so they are organised and considered in the conversation.
