If you arrive for the session and can't locate your athlete then double check the date, time and location on your schedule. If you're in the right place then send them a message on the PlayBook website, if you don't hear back within 10 mins past the session start time contact the PlayBook team to call the athlete. If you want to be paid for the session then it's best to wait in the booked location for the full session period.
